You may not scrape the site in bulk, resell our material, republish it as your own, or use automated tools that degrade the service for other people.

Accounts

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password secure. Give us accurate information when you register. We may suspend an account that is used to break these terms.

Study material

Notes, past papers and flashcards are provided free, for reference and revision. We work to keep them accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that any material matches your university's current syllabus or examination pattern. Always check against your official syllabus.

Ycotes is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any university or examination board named on this site.

Paid courses

Course fees are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Access is granted to the account that purchased it and is for one person — sharing login credentials is grounds for suspension without refund.

We may update course content over time. Where a course is materially changed or withdrawn, existing students keep access to what they purchased.

Services for businesses

AI automation, avatar, chatbot and development work is governed by the individual written proposal and agreement for that project, which takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.

Intellectual property

Original material we create — our written notes, flashcards, course videos, articles and the site itself — belongs to Ycotes. Material contributed by students remains theirs and is published with permission.

If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, see our copyright and takedown page. We act on valid notices quickly.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for examination outcomes, losses arising from reliance on study material, or indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
