AI chatbot development company · India
Your customers are not going to open a chat widget on your website. They are going to message your business number, at 11pm, in Hinglish. We build bots for that reality: WhatsApp first, Hindi and English second, and your own price list as the only source of answers.
Two weeks, typical. Fixed price in rupees. Built inside your WhatsApp Business account.
WhatsApp first
Most chatbot projects in India fail for a boring reason: the bot was put somewhere nobody messages. A website widget waits for a customer to be on your website, on a desktop, during a session they did not plan to have. Meanwhile forty enquiries a week land on the business WhatsApp number and sit unread until somebody opens the phone.
So we deploy on the WhatsApp Business Platform, on your own verified number, with your business name and green tick where you qualify. The customer messages the number that is already on your Google listing, your shop board and your bill — and gets an answer in seconds instead of the next morning.
The same bot then answers on your website and Instagram DMs off one shared knowledge base, so there is one thing to update when a price changes rather than three.
Scope
The right-hand column is the important one. A bot that claims to handle everything gets switched off in week two.
| Question type | What the bot does | Hands to a human when |
|---|---|---|
| Price and package questions | Answers from your price list | Quotes it cannot find |
| Stock and availability | Answers from your catalogue or sheet | Anything needing a physical check |
| Opening hours, address, directions | Answers instantly, any hour | — |
| Appointment and table booking | Takes the slot and confirms it | Reschedules inside 2 hours |
| Order status | Looks it up and replies with the current step | Complaints about a delay |
| Service explanations | Answers from your own documents | Custom or one-off requirements |
| Lead qualification | Asks your qualifying questions, logs the answers | A lead that asks for the owner |
| Repeat FAQs in Hindi or English | Answers in whichever language was used | Abuse, disputes, refunds |
Handover pushes the whole conversation to your team, so the customer never has to repeat themselves to a person after explaining it to a bot.
Language
Devanagari Hindi
Typed in Hindi script, answered in Hindi script. The bot matches the script the customer chose rather than replying in English and forcing them to switch.
Roman Hinglish
The way people actually message a shop. We test against real message logs in this mixed form, because a bot tuned only on clean sentences falls over on the first one of these.
English
Indian English, with the spellings and phrasing your customers use. One knowledge base serves all three — you write your prices once.
How we build it
01
Price list, catalogue, policies, opening hours, and a export of past WhatsApp conversations if you have one. That export is the single most useful thing you can send us.
02
We agree what it answers, what it never answers, and exactly when it passes a conversation to a person. Written down, not assumed.
03
Connected to your WhatsApp Business account, your display name submitted for verification, templates approved. This is the step with Meta's clock on it, not ours.
04
Your team messages it in Hindi, English and Hinglish and tries to trip it up. We fix what they find, then it takes real customers.
Questions
Channel and language. Indian customers message a business on WhatsApp, not through a website widget, and they type Hinglish rather than formal English. A bot built for a Western web-chat widget fails on both counts on day one.
It runs on the WhatsApp Business Platform, on your own verified number, so the conversation happens where your customers already are. The same bot can also answer on your website and on Instagram, sharing one knowledge base.
Yes, and this is the part most bots get wrong. People type Roman-script Hindi mixed with English words. We test against real message logs in that mixed form, and the bot replies in the same language and script the customer used.
From your material: your price list, catalogue, policies and past replies. It is not answering from the open internet. If a question falls outside what you have given it, it says so and hands over rather than inventing an answer.
On any rule you set, and by default on complaints, refunds, disputes and anything the bot is not confident about. Handover pushes the full conversation to your team so nobody has to ask the customer to repeat themselves.
Two separate things. Our build is a fixed price in rupees. Running costs are WhatsApp conversation charges from Meta and model API usage, both billed to your own accounts at their price. We do not mark up or resell either.
Two weeks is typical, from your material to a bot answering on a live number. The first week is content and rules, the second is testing against real conversations before it faces a customer.
It stays in your accounts. The bot is built inside your WhatsApp Business account and your database, and you get the credentials at handover.
We will tell you which of them a bot should be answering and which it should never touch, before you commit to anything.
