Refund & Cancellation Policy

Courses — no refunds

Courses are digital, and you get immediate and complete access to every lesson, download and material the moment payment succeeds. Because the entire product is delivered at once, course purchases are not refundable.

Every course page carries the full curriculum, the number of lessons and hours, the level and the language before you pay, and the same policy appears in the FAQ on each one. Please read through it and ask us anything you are unsure about — email team@theycotes.com or call +919216988327 and we will answer honestly about whether a course fits, including when the answer is that it does not.

Cancelling before you pay

You can leave the enrolment screen at any point before payment and nothing is charged. Once payment succeeds, access is granted immediately and the purchase is final.

When we refund without being asked

The no-refund rule covers a change of mind. It does not cover our mistakes. We refund in full, without you having to ask, when:

• A duplicate payment was taken for the same course.
• You were charged but access was never granted.
• A course was withdrawn by us before you could reasonably complete it.

In those cases email team@theycotes.com from the address on your account with the order reference. We respond within 3 working days, and an approved refund is issued to the original payment method through Razorpay, typically reaching you within 5–7 working days depending on your bank.

Service projects

AI automation, avatar and development projects are quoted individually and governed by the written agreement for that project. Advance payments cover work already scheduled and performed, so they are non-refundable once work has begun — the specific terms are set out in your proposal before you pay anything.

Free material

Notes, past papers, flashcards and quizzes are free. There is nothing to refund.
