Where Potential Meets Opportunity?

BIMTECH proudly presents Vihaan'25, in association with the Cultural Conduit at BIMTECH, brings to you the flagship event ‘War of Bands.’ This competition provides a platform for talented bands, selected based on prior performances, to showcase their skills. The top bands from various institutions will battle it out to claim the title of 'War of Bands' Champion. It promises an evening of enthralling music and fierce competition, rewarding winners with fantastic prizes.

Guidelines:

  • Registration: Bands must register on Unstop with all relevant details.
  • Submission Requirements: Submit the band profile and video links of past performances via email: cultural.conduit@bimtech.ac.in.
  • Submission deadline will be announced shortly.
  • Selection Process:The top bands will be shortlisted based on the entries received.
  • Communication of selection will be sent via the provided email address.
  • Performance Details: Maximum performance time: 20 minutes (includes soundcheck).

Event Format:

  • First Round: Video Submission (1.5-minute duration).
  • Second Round: On-stage Performance (20 minutes per band).

Rules:

  1. Teams may perform any number of songs or a fusion of genres within the allotted time.
  2. Provided equipment: standard 5-piece drum kit, mics, cables, and amplifiers. Additional instruments must be brought by participants.
  3. Organizers are not responsible for any instrument failures.
  4. All participants must carry valid ID cards.
  5. Decisions made by organizers and judges are final and binding.
  6. Violation of any rules may lead to direct elimination.
